Merchandise Vendor Fee (Non-Corner)

Pricing

• 10x10 (non-corner) space -  $250
• 10x10 (corner) space -  $300
• Additional 10x10 non-corner space -  $125 (must be a non-corner space)
• Fee covers both festival days (Fri & Sat)
  

Space Details:

• Merchandise vendors would include those selling merchandise such as packaged goods (salsa, candy, etc.), hand made items, crafts, home decor, art, etc.
• Tent/canopy, tables, chairs, and displays are not provided. Only the space will be provided to vendors.
  
• Spaces aren't guaranteed until payment is received in full. First come first serve basis. 
• Electricity & Power: Vendors must provide their own power source. To preserve the sound quality and guest experience of the festival, only quiet, low-fume inverter generators (such as Honda EU series, Predator Inverter, or similar quiet models) are permitted. Standard, loud construction-style generators, or high fume output styles are strictly prohibited. Generators must be placed and vented to minimize fumes in public areas. The festival management reserves the right to disconnect or remove any vendor unit that creates excessive noise, heavy fumes, or safety hazards. Please take this into consideration when selecting your vendor space on application. 
  
• Fee covers the entire festival weekend. Does not include the Live Entertainment Tent or the AYCE crawfish.
