Pricing

• 10x20 space -  $350
• Fee covers both festival days (Fri & Sat)

Space Details:

• Food Booths & Food Truck Vendor would include those preparing and or cooking foods onsite in booth, food truck, push cart, etc. 
• Must have the majority of your sales and menu items as food items and not beverages, merchandise, etc. 
• Tent/canopy, tables, chairs, and displays are not provided. Only the space will be provided to vendors.
• Electricity & Power: Vendors must provide their own power source. To preserve the sound quality and guest experience of the festival, only quiet, low-fume inverter generators (such as Honda EU series, Predator Inverter, or similar quiet models) are permitted. Standard, loud construction-style generators, or high fume output styles are strictly prohibited. Generators must be placed and vented to minimize fumes in public areas. The festival management reserves the right to disconnect or remove any vendor unit that creates excessive noise, heavy fumes, or safety hazards. Please take this into consideration when selecting your vendor space on application. 
  
• Spaces aren't guaranteed until payment is received in full. First come first serve basis. 
• Fee covers the entire festival weekend. Does not include the Live Entertainment Tent or the AYCE crawfish
